Return Process

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn apparel in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is confirmed.
